Using the product
The current workflow uses business information you provide, supported customer messages and connected services where you choose to enable them. Toolpost can draft replies, quotes and invoices, and can place a calendar booking after the relevant people have confirmed the slot.
Drafts need your approval
Toolpost produces AI-assisted drafts and workflow suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing customer details, pricing, quote content, invoice content and the timing of an operational action before it goes out. A customer approval and your review are part of the current booking flow; Toolpost does not promise that a draft is error-free or suitable without checking it.
Accounts and access
An account is needed to use the authenticated owner area and to start a hosted checkout. The account area currently includes inbox, workflow and billing surfaces; access to those surfaces is controlled by sign-in and the product's account permissions.
Pricing and checkout
The public pricing page lists three monthly, ex-GST tiers. Checkout is hosted by Stripe and requires sign-in. See pricing for the current tier amounts and billing information for the current account request paths.
What this page does not cover
Approved legal terms for Toolpost are not currently published. This page does not set or certify a legal entity, registered address, jurisdiction, ownership of customer content, service warranty, liability position, suspension rule, renewal rule or other enforceable legal clause.
