What Toolpost uses your information for.

This is a practical summary of the information used by the current Toolpost product for account access, AI-assisted admin workflows, messaging, calendar booking and billing. It is not legal certification or a complete provider, retention or deletion policy.

Information Toolpost handles

Depending on the parts of Toolpost you use, the product may handle:

  • Account, contact and waitlist details, such as your name and email address.
  • Your business profile, including details you provide about your QBCC licence, ABN, business hours, labour rate, materials markup, forwarding number and connected calendar.
  • Customer and job content used in the workflow, including messages, site details, quotes and invoices.
  • SMS and other operational messages that are part of the supported workflow.
  • Connected email or calendar data where you choose to use those integrations.
  • Subscription details and requests made through the account billing area.

Why it is used

The current product uses this information to provide account access, draft replies in your tradie's tone, prepare quote and invoice content, send drafts for approval, book confirmed calendar slots, send operational messages, support the waitlist and contact workflows, and process subscription requests.

Toolpost currently connects to services for authentication, AI-assisted drafting, email delivery, billing and optional calendar integration. This summary does not make a claim about provider locations, retention periods or model-training policy; those details are not currently published in this app.
